The Harbor Springs Farmers Market accepts several types of food assistance. Visit the front market booth for more info.
SNAP/Bridge Card: Swipe your bridge card at the front market booth to redeem for tokens to spend throughout the market.
Senior Project Fresh: Sign your coupons at an eligible vendor booth.
Double Up Food Bucks: We are working on it!!
The Market Pantry
The Harbor Springs Farmers Market is committed to making fresh local food accessible to everyone in our community.
At the end of every market, we purchase $100 of fresh foods from our vendors that go directly to local area Food Pantries. On Wednesdays donations go to the Pellston Food Pantry and on Saturdays donations go to the Harbor Springs Area Food Pantry.
Thank you to our local business sponsors who help fund our Market Pantry Program as well as our generous vendors that most often donate addition products.
Through our Market Pantry Program we have donated $10,377 to local area food pantries.
LEAF Program
Local Food Enriches A Family
We are excited about our new family sponsor program, LEAF! Selected families will be given a $300-$500 budget to spend at the market as they please. LEAF families must attend the market to redeem their funds.
